1. Why Raw Cashew Nut (RCN) Grading is Non-Negotiable

Raw cashew nuts arriving from farms vary significantly in length, width, and shell thickness. Feeding uncalibrated mixed nuts directly into an automatic cutter or sheller results in a high percentage of crushed kernels.

  1. Gapping Creation: High-pressure steam expands the liquid inside the honeycomb shell, creating a natural air gap between the inner kernel wall and the outer shell.
