Raw Cashew Nuts (RCN) are fed into the heavy-duty Raw Grader Hopper. The system automatically categorizes RCN by size into multi-level high-accuracy grades required for optimal cutting.

Automated Storage Silos Bin

Once graded, nuts automatically transfer into dedicated storage silos. This maintains organized size-batching to ensure uniform moisture absorption during steam processing.

Elevator Feeding to Steam Cooker

Batch material is automatically lifted via a vertical bucket elevator directly into the steam cooker/boiler system for precise thermal conditioning under pressure.

Cooking Bin & Overnight Conditioning

Steam-boiled nuts dump into cooking conditioning bins to cool down and rest overnight, softening the shell structure while preserving kernel elasticity for high whole-kernel recovery.

Automatic Shelling & Scooping Line

The conditioned nuts are automatically fed to the high-speed shelling line (e.g., SM1200 Line) where precision blades open the shell with minimal kernel damage and near-zero re-cutting.

Scooped cashew kernels automatically transition into tray loaders, filling processing trays systematically and readying them directly for oven drying/baking.
